Eating light and healthy things during the summer makes you feel good. When it taste great, its even better! I recently tried this Honey Mustard Baked Salmon and it was delicious and fast! Asian lettuce wraps are great for quick, easy, and delicious meal. I just tried this one last night and its a winner! Summertime requires fresh and tasty cocktails. Try this one I found and see what you think! It requires a little work, but in the end! Its worth it!  What You'll Need: HIBISCUS SYRUP 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup water 2 teaspoons dried hibiscus leaves   MIMOSA 2 tablespoons hibiscus syrup 4 to 6 ounces rosé champagne Place the sugar, water and hibiscus in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk until the sugar dissolves, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and set the saucepan aside. Let it cool completely. This recipe was passed down to me from a friend. My family loves and hopefully you will too! Its simple, easy and delicious! We dont even bother buying store bought ranch anymore, we make our own!  Use it as a dressing, to dip veggies in, your french fries, drizzle a little over some steak or BBQ chicken... anything you do, its good! A healthy and simple version of eggplant parmesan using local Japanese Eggplant. Mix it up and give yourself a break and make it simple tonight! What You'll Need: 4 Japanese Eggplants - Cut in Half Lengthwise 1/4 cup olive oil, divided 3/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 to 1 cup marinara sauce - Depending on how much you like.
